1. Check-in and Check-out Times
In Hotel Sofia guests may check-in at any time. On departure, guests must vacate their rooms and check-out by no later than 12.00 p.m. Failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge for an additional night.
2. Payment
Guests must pay all outstanding charges in cash on departure.
3. Cancellation
In any case of cancellation the total amount will be charged and it is non-refundable.
